Yes. Night tours usually start around 6 p.m.; eat before, or come back after, since we are open until 9:00 p.m. (8:30 p.m. in low season). Roads get foggy after dark, so if you are driving, an early dinner is a good idea.
Ours is. It comes from our own farm in Guacimal and is dry-aged 21 to 60 days, which makes it more tender and deeper in flavour than typical beef in Costa Rica.
