We are a local family with big passion about gastronomy and good service; we like to be surrounded with people who share the same passion in order to enjoy serving our customers the best possible way.
We have worked in the gastronomy environment for many years that gave us the experience and motivation to open Our Restaurant Don Luis on the first of July of 2013, after all this years in the business we continue to enjoy taking good care of our customers.
The name of our restaurant commemorates Luis Varela (aka Don Luis) who was the father of our chef Kenneth, Don Luis dedicated much of his life to traditional Costa Rican cuisine cooking and teaching in the fairs of different counties around Costa Rica.
